If ever there was proof that guys out there love them some sexy, the Resident Evil 2 and 3 modding community is it. Ever since RE2’s remake released for PC last year, the modders have been having a field day with the alternate character models, swapping out Mr. X for the likes of Thanos, Thomas the Tank Engine, and more. But what’s more important, of course, is that they’ve been dressing up the main characters of Claire and Jill in all manner of skimpy outfits.
Claire had been getting the love for the better part of a year, but it didn’t take long after RE3 came out for the modding community to get ahold of Jill Valentine. The results have been great, even if a little underwhelming, compared to the raunchy shit that they had whipped up already. Jill has had her share of bikinis and the occasional nude mod here or there, there hasn’t been quite as much creativity yet.
I have to say though, the tip of the hat has to go off to whoever dressed up Ada Wong in what has to be the hottest outfit yet. Allow me to introduce Bad Cop Ada.
Now, I don’t know who created this mod, but you Sir are going places. I mean, that’s some choice hotness right there. Ada doing her best bad cop impersonation reminds me of a time when porn had standards. If this was the 70’s, Ada would asking about the nightstick in Leon’s pocket, to which he would reply with “Guess you’ll just have to get it yourself.” And we all know how that would go.
Nowadays it’s all just some dude with a GoPro stuck to his forehead fondling a girl pretending to be his sleeping sister. Can’t we just go back to screwing the pizza delivery guy?
Anyways, I grabbed these screens from this video here, just to give proper credit. They didn’t say whether this was their own mod or not, though I wish they did. I need to subscribe to that channel.
I don’t own Resident Evil 2 or 3 on PC, because my computer is a piece of shit that still has trouble running a Rollercoaster Tycoon game from 12 years ago, but damn if this new modding community doesn’t make me wish I had a good gaming rig.
Ada’s been a recurring character for years now. Her initial appearance was in Resident Evil 2 way back in 1998, and since then she’s popped up repeatedly in a few games, as well as being a playable character in a lot of the Mercenaries and Raid modes. She’s always been suave and sexy, and her original tight red dress has been the subject of many a fan art.
But for whatever reason, Capcom has never given her much more to do than work in the shadows and give Leon the occasional semi. The most screen time she ever got was in RE6, and we’re all still trying forget that dumpster fire. (Just wait –ed.)
But that changed a bit with the remake of Resident Evil 2. Now, Ada has a bit more involvement, as well as a playable segment of the game. Running around as Bad Cop Ada seems like it would be worth the price of admission alone. But even as Capcom upped the Ada ante, they still hold back on her, with unlockable costumes only being available for Claire and Leon (and most of them being tame as shit, with the only exception being Claire’s kinda sexy biker outfit). There’s a lot of love for Ada Wong out there on the interwebs, and Capcom has never been keen on taking advantage.
Thankfully, like always, the gaming community is willing to make up for the developers’ shortcomings. And with this new “realistic” Resident Evil we’re getting from them, who knows if we’ll ever get to re-live the gloriously fan-serviced outfits of the originals. The likelihood we’ll ever see Cheerleader Rebecca Chambers or Cowgirl Claire again are next to none, much less anything involving a thong.
Luckily, the modding community knows we’re a all a bunch of horny 14-year olds at heart, and will be satisfying our waifu fantasies for years to come.

They’re not any less impressive, but in my opinion the they just don’t hit that delicate balance of sexiness and functionality (I think it’s the gunbelt.)
Don’t think I’m done with the RE mods just yet. With XPNJunkie doing a re-visit for the entire Resident Evil series, I’m thinking of putting up a series of my own focusing on the many feminine faces of the RE universe. And of course how could I talk about them without showing how the fans pay tribute to their favorite characters?
Also, there are rumors of an RE4 remake circulating, so not only will we definitely have more Ada, I’m interested to see how they’ll handle Ashley Graham’s… ballistics.
